Men with money can never be ugly, says Bonang

Image
Bonang Matheba. While some of her followers agree with her, some say her comment is inappropriate. South Africans on Twitter recently had a heated debate on whether money has the ability to change women’s perception of the physical appearance of a man. Bonang Matheba and Sizwe Dhlomo also shared their thoughts. The debate started off when a well known Twitter user shared his first clear image of himself on Twitter and his followers had a field day. Known for his claps backs and shade-throwing habits, Twitter did not hold back from returning the favour, with his friends calling him “ugly”. “Kodwa vele umubi mpintshi (but you really are ugly friend),” said Dhlomo. Kodwa vele umubi mpintshi. LOL! https://t.co/PaQVqC5P4K — Sizwe Dhlomo (@SizweDhlomo) November 12, 2017 But Bonang disagreed with everyone who said the poor guy was ugly, saying there was no such a thing as an ugly rich man. Bonang hangs out with AKA's mom

Image
Bonang Matheba and AKA's mom showed a united front this past weekend at a baby shower amidst ongoing rumours of a beef. In the past, there have been various reports that Lynn Forbes dislikes Bonang for allegedly breaking up DJ Zinhle and AKA's relationship. A couple of years ago, DJ Zinhle accused her former friend, Bonang Matheba of allegedly stealing AKA from her while she was pregnant with their first child. At the time, the DJ was super close to Lynn and many people thought that the she hated her son's new girlfriend but it looks like the ladies have moved on. Bonang and Lynn were all smiles at their 1st public sighting and it looks like they get along like a house on fire. See the pictures below. AKA still keen to perform at #FillUpFNBStadium

Image
AKA. Picture: AKA/Twitter Outspoken rapper AKA said he is still keen to perform at Cassper Nyovest's #FillUpFNBStadium concert, despite their long-standing rivalry.  A feud that was reignited last week when AKA took to Twitter to say they he would perform at the concert to make some "racks" (money) off an event that Cassper has described as being " the biggest performance of his career ". Cassper's apparent response was a simple tweet. The rapper wrote: "Just buy a ticket to #FillUpFnbStadium broer..." Despite Cassper's cheeky response that soon trended as #JustBuyATicketBroer, AKA told TshisaLive that he would still perform at the concert if Cassper asked him, and the price was right. But AKA probably shouldn't hold his breath for a response from Cassper, as the muso has the support of fellow SA celebs, Police Minister Fikile Mbalula and a host of media appearances lined up to promote his 2 December concert.

AKA goes barking up the wrong money tree

Image
Rapper AKA. Picture:Instagram/Blaq Smith When AKA woke up this morning, he was clearly thinking of three things: money, Bonang Matheba and having fun. The local rapper then decided to share a quote from his long-time celebrity girlfriend on Twitter. He wrote: "You can't have fun if you don't have money" - Bonang Matheba (sic). At this point, tweeples starting flexing their fingers as they unleashed the wrath of Mzansi, and dragged the celebrity star couple from A to B for throwing shade at people who do not have 'celebrity status' money.
