The stimulus package comes to some 10% of the country's GDP, he said. The power utility warns that the system has been constrained since last night, and will continue to be so until Sunday. Dreaded load shedding appears to be back, with Stage 1 likely from 2pm today, and power rotation likely to last until the end of the weekend.
